Mocked in this prototype: Works, on this device. All 262 published answers from the site (NL and EN), copied at build time with scripts/hub-import.mjs into src/data/hub/, with the sources as footnotes, the date they were last checked and the status: all 262 still await legal review. Search tolerates typos and Dutch word forms (‘deactivatie’ finds ‘gedeactiveerd’), browse by sector, Saved and Recently read are encrypted on this device (AES-GCM in IndexedDB). Not a single request while searching or reading.
‘What can you do?’ opens the modules that work: My income, Import income, Ask for your data, the consultant with the right topic, a question to your body.
‘Share’ copies the link to the answer on polder.tech or opens WhatsApp.
Not yet: updates without a new app version, PL and AR, and a lawyer reviewing the answers.
In the real design: The app carries the knowledge base and updates it as a separate signed bundle, the same for everyone; search stays on the phone, so nobody sees what a worker looks for (R-NA-12). An answer is marked ‘Reviewed’ only after a legal review. From an answer you can ask a representative or a consultant (F6).
