Mocked in this prototype

After sign-up (?welcome=1): a pinned welcome from the moderators with your pseudonym; ‘Say hello’ drafts a message, you send it. With the demo API it also shows the admission window and what was and was not kept. Messages live only in browser memory and disappear on reload. Nothing is encrypted; nothing goes over the network. Exception: with Demo API on and the local demo chat server running, a room you are a member of is really end-to-end encrypted (see README). ‘Show your name’ then sends your name encrypted inside each message; the server keeps only your pseudonym.

Group consultation, concept (D-051, proposed): ‘Ask a consultant for this group’ in a city or language room: choose 1, 2 or 4 hours; everyone sees a ‘joined’ line and later ‘left the room’, and while the consultant is there the top of the room says polder.tech reads along. This tab only.

In the real design

End-to-end encrypted (by design; to be reviewed independently before launch). Photos stripped of location and EXIF. Alerts expire and show only an area.
